October 13: NAAMJP et. al. v California Supreme Court et. al. CV11-5046SBA

On Thursday, October 13, the NAAMJP filed suit in the Northern District of California challenging the validity of the California Bar Exam for Experienced Attorneys. Further, the NAAMJP is petitioning for full licensing privileges for Registered In-House Counsel and Registered Legal Service Attorneys.
